We believe that our loan officers must position themselves as experts in front of their Realtors and clients. We do more than that. We just don’t call our loan officers experts. We strive to make each and every loan officer an expert.

We sincerely feel that experts earn more and can service their clients at a higher level. Therefore, we provide training for every loan officer that will help them achieve the designation of Certified Mortgage Advisor. These programs are led by the industry’s leading author, Dave Hershman who is also available to answer questions and provides industry updates. We just don’t put the term expert in our marketing pieces we are dedicated to making the term a reality.
