Email #6: Qualify More Prospects

 

Today, there is no doubt that the fiscal crisis has caused many lenders, banks and governmental agencies to tighten underwriting standards. My Realtor partners have indicated to me that the publicity regarding this phenomenon has caused many prospects to be apprehensive about purchasing.

I believe that the process of giving America confidence starts with education. Many prospects who could qualify are not purchasing and they need to be given confidence. Many others who don’t qualify can purchase by making adjustments.

Whether I start by talking to prospects that are apprehensive or even help my Realtor partners develop marketing campaigns and/or seminars that focus upon those that are marginal, I am intent upon helping you take advantage of a unique opportunity that exists today. And I don’t stop there. I will counsel each prospect that can’t purchase. This counseling will include recommendations for actions that will help them become a prospect in the future, building a pipeline for our Realtor partners.
