I would like to take a moment to congratulate you on the successful purchase of your new home. I have tried to provide a stress-free mortgage process that would add to the enjoyment of the home ownership experience. Hopefully I have succeeded in that regard.

Over 90% of my new business generation comes from referrals from satisfied customers. I do not believe in marketing my services to the general public because I would like to consider my clients as customers for life. In other words, my goal is to continue to deliver value to you on a consistent basis so that you will think of me when you are ready to purchase again, refinance, or if you know of someone else who is in need of my services.
