Doesn’t it seem that time flies? It has been one year since you purchased your home and I wanted to congratulate you on the anniversary of your home purchase. Usually, the first 12 months after moving into a new home is quite busy. Hopefully you have enjoyed the challenge!

Throughout the process I made it clear that we consider you a customer for life and in this regard feel free to call or email me at any time to ask questions about your mortgage, the market, and any changes that might be occurring in your financial situation.

I always offer my clients an annual mortgage review so you can take advantage of changes in the market.  For example, if rates have gone down, you may want to consider refinancing. Or if the value of your home has increased,  you may want to use the equity to finance home improvements or pay off debt.  For those paying conventional mortgage insurance, that cost may be eliminated in the future.
