Tax Day is right around the corner!  As your mortgage advisor, I would like to remind those of you who are homeowners to take advantage of your mortgage interest and other real estate tax deductions, so you realize the future benefit of your real estate asset when you file this year.

For those who are not owners, I would be happy to go over the tax benefits and other economic advantages of home ownership with you.  These benefits also apply to those who are thinking about selling and purchasing a bigger home.
